We visited Galice Resort recently for a company rafting trip. It's our 4th experience renting equipment from them and being shuttled to the river. They are always very easy to work with, informative about safety, and very flexible. We would not hesitate to use them for any of our river adventures!
The Galice Resort is all about providing an affordable service to customers. The location is not as well kept but it is easy to get in and get out. The employees are friendly and helpful and I feel taken care of every time. My only criticism is that the place could really use a remodel and cleanup.
I always love coming here for lunch with friends. It's not too far out of town and you get a stunning view with your meal. The people are always so friendly, and they do everything they can to make sure you have a good experience.
I love this place. Really nice people and a great place to spend time before and/or after your Rogue River trip.
Pros first, staff was great hard working girls and very pleasant. The veiws are beautiful of the river and mountains. The price charged was absolutely ridiculous. Paid nearly $80 for 3 hambuger/fries and a fish/fries meal, no drinks. Food was average at best. I'm local but will not go back again. This resort is only a short drive to town, save yourself a bunch of money and make the drive for much better food. Advice to management: Make this an affordable family establishment and I will come back.
